Our micro dosing loss-in-weight systems are completely automatic even during the critical phase of the loading of the hopper.

SCREW FEEDER WEIGHING MACHINE

1. Continuous dosing of the product through load cells and automatic detection of the speed of extraction of the belt.
2. Control of the mass flow through the repeated static weighing of the hopper of the product to be dosed to determine and adjust the speed of the extraction belt.
3. During the dosing phase the hopper is emptied and the report between the loss in weight of the measurements and the dosing speed provides a mass measurement of the weight loss.
