TECHNICAL DETAILS
Our vertical mixers can have a variable capacity, depending on the customer’s needs. The normal production range can go from 50 to 1,000 liters.
Vertical mixers can be:
- placed on weighing cells for the dosage of different products.
- Under vacuum if there is the need to avoid the formation of foam.
- made with dished heads, or a conical shape, and if required with a heating system.
- fixed to the structure, able to rotate at 90 degrees for a total discharge, or it can be with wheels for the preparation of several batches in several tanks.
- The agitator is generally double two-speed, one with paddles at low speed, and one fast type dispersor to ensure an excellent homogeneous product.
The top lid, which supports the agitator, the load valves and any other accessories, allows it’s operation to be entirely automated.
This permits easy discharge of the product and cleaning of the machine.
